The chancery is the official Administrative (office) structure of the
Archdiocese. Presently, the chancery has the following offices and
facilities

- Archbishop's Chamber

- A Conference Room

- A Waiting Room

- Computer Room

- Chancellor/Secretary's Office
All located within the main building of the chancery. At the other end of the chancery,is another office block housing the following offices

- Finance Administrator's Office

- Education Secretary's Office

- JDPC's Office

- Africa Our way Bookshop

ACTIVITIES:
Activities at the chancery begin at 8:00 am The archbishop begins to recieve Visitors at 10:00 am until 1:30 pm He proceeds on break from this time until 5:00 pm. However, administrative activities for the other staff officially ends at 3:30 pm.

VISITING DAYS
Visitors are recieved on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
OFF DAY
Wednesday is the Archbishops off day.

The chancery staff working directly under the Archbishop include:

4. Driver

5. Cleaners

Other offices have their own staff.

An ultra morden office complex is already under construction as part of
the projects for the 50th aniversary(Jubilee) of the Archdiocese.
